CAN I GET QUOTES? HOW MANY DAYS DO THE QUOTES VALID?

Yes, you can get our quotes and it is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

WHAT DOES YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE CONSIST OF?

Let us know your needs we will ensure you have the best wedding limousine service ever. Our 3-hour wedding limo package consists of,

DOES THE RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY DEPOSIT?

Yes, stretch Limousine, Trolley, Mini/Full coach bus, and Party/Limo bus reservations require a $300 per vehicle non-refundable deposit. You may cancel up to 1 month prior to the service date without additional charges.

WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I NEED TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT?

Final payment should be by cash or credit card is due 7 days prior to your event.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

In a sedan, if you cancel less than six hours before your scheduled pickup time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. We require at least 24-hour notice to change or cancel your reservation for SUVs, and limousines, and may require longer notice for all other specialty vehicles. Please speak with a Reservation Agent for additional policies regarding cancellations.

DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED DURING RESERVATION SET UP?

No the credit card taken during the set up of your reservation is just to hold your reservation. You can use any other card or form of payment at the time your trip takes place.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

No, you do need an account to make a reservation. You need a valid credit card to guarantee your trip.

WHAT IS YOUR COVID POLICY FOR WEDDINGS?

If the wedding is postponed due to Covid, the deposit is transferrable to a new date. 

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Yes,  additional charges per hour or any past thereof will be made for vehicles leaving later than the time specified at the request of the customer.
