Pearls Limo Policies
Deposits, No-Shows, and Cancellation Fees
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. A confirmed booking will be completed once a contract is signed and returned with a deposit or full payment. Final payment by cash or credit card is due 7 days prior to your event.
Limousine, Trolley, Mini/Full coach bus, and Party/Limo bus reservations require a $300 per vehicle non-refundable deposit. You may cancel up to 1 month prior to the service date without additional charges.
A valid major credit card or cash is required to make a reservation.
Covid policy: If the wedding is postponed due to Covid, the deposit is transferrable to a new date.
Additional Charges
As specified on the individual contract, additional charges per hour or any past thereof will be made for vehicles leaving later than the time specified at the request of the customer.
The customer assumes full liability for any damages to the vehicle due to the activity of the passengers. Any additional charges incurred by Pearls Limo to repair or clean vehicles due to activities of the passengers will be the full responsibility of the customer.
Other
Pearls Limo assumes no liability for circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to severe weather, road conditions and breakdowns, acts of God, war or hostilities, it or civil commotion, fire, epidemic, earthquake, flood; or other natural disasters; delay or destruction caused by public carrier.
Pearls Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
Smoking tobacco or any other substance, or carrying a lighted or smoldering substance in any form is prohibited.
